In the glass, this Sauvignon Blanc displays a pale yellow with delicate green hues. An aromatic explosion of lime zest, grapefruit, and honeydew melon followed by hints of honeysuckle, apricot, and brioche. The palate is medium light body with silky texture leading into mouthwatering flavors of grapefruit, pineapple and guava. Medium plus acid brings a refreshing and lingering citrus finish with a touch of passionfruit and minerality leaving you to want another sip. Pairs with grilled asparagus topped with parmesan cheese, fish tacos, Humboldt Fog Goat Cheese, or fresh oysters. My favorite pairing is on a sunny patio with good friends! Ideal drinking is now – 3 years.
