A delicious lineup of our top wines paired with chocolates crafted locally from Petits Noirs. We sat down and went through each wine to custom-create a wine and chocolate pairing that will play with your senses and delight your taste buds. Two of our favorite worlds coming together for a hedonistic time. Taste through 5 wines paired with 5 chocolates made locally.

The Reserve Tasting allows guests to take an in-depth look at the magical elements that influence our wines. We change the line-up often, so there’s always something new and exciting to experience. A dedicated wine ambassador will provide a comprehensive and entertaining tasting that will expand your palate and take your wine knowledge to the next level. The reserve tasting always includes a taste of our flagship wine, Pentad, a fascinating Bordeaux blend.

Pentad Bottle - Visit us for our Pentad Experience

 PENTAD PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE EXPERIENCE

An in-depth experience showcasing the wine that represents our highest achievement in winemaking.

Explore the history of Seven Hills Winery by tasting through a vertical of Pentad including a library vintage, current release, and newest release. We then look to the future with an upcoming release drawn from the barrel. A cellar tour and charcuterie plate are included with this experience. Please allow 90 minutes. Deluxe lunch board option available for an additional $35 per person.

Must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. Offered Friday – Sunday 11:00am and 2:00pm only.

Winemaker Private Tasting, Cellar Tour, & Lunch

Spend the afternoon with our Winemaker Bobby Richards learning about our Seven Hills Founding vineyards, behind-the-scenes wine making, blending and all the intricacies that have gone into making beautiful wines consistently for over 40 years. You’ll end the afternoon with lunch.

Our winery and tasting room are located in the historic Whitehouse-Crawford building in downtown Walla Walla. Built as a wood mill in 1904, our building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and underwent restoration in 2000 to house the winery and preserve its architectural integrity.
