Our 2022 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful golden color with pronounced aromas of white peaches, gooseberry, quince, and wet stone with hints of clove and crème brûlée. The palate is medium and lush body with a velvety texture with medium plus acid creating a balance with flavors of and fresh nectarines, poached pears, ripe grapefruit, with hints of minerality, vanilla bean custard and white pepper.
This Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with asparagus risotto, fresh Dungeness crab, a summer peach salad, or a Hamachi Poke bowl.
