Our 2023 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful golden color with pronounced aromas of peaches, roasted pineapple, brioche, and guava with hints of cardamom and crème brûlée. The palate is medium and lush body with a velvety texture with medium plus acid creating a balance with flavors of and fresh peaches, pineapple, star fruit, with hints of minerality, vanilla bean custard and white pepper. This Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with asparagus risotto, fresh Dungeness crab, a summer peach salad, or a Hamachi Poke bowl.
