β 2 cups broccoli
β 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
β 3 garlic cloves, minced
β 2 packs udon noodles
β 2 green onions, thinly sliced

β 3 tbsp soy sauce
β 2 tbsp oyster sauce
β 1 Β½ tbsp brown sugar
β 2 tbsp sesame oil
β 1 tbsp ground black pepper
