The wine captures the varietal character of Cabernet Franc while also expressing the vineyards’ deep silt-loam and hillside terroir. This vintage shows a garnet color with a nose of cranberries, cherries, tobacco leaf and number 2 pencil with hints of green peppercorns and thyme. The palate is medium body with medium acidity with flavors of cherries, black plums, with hints of leather and cacao framed by velvety integrated tannins.
