Discover the secrets of our most sought-after wine, Pentad, at the only Walla Walla winery to grow and craft all six Bordeaux varietals.Taste through all six component wines, then blend your own to discover how 1% of Petite Verdot, or just 2% of Merlot can transform a perfectly lovely Cabernet, into something extraordinary.The experience is accompanied by a charcuterie plate from Palette Walla Walla. The Alchemy of Pentad experience includes a tasting of five of the six Bordeaux varietals + 2020 Pentad – Rated 93pts by James Suckling.

Our winery and tasting room are located in the historic Whitehouse-Crawford building in downtown Walla Walla. Built as a wood mill in 1904, our building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and underwent restoration in 2000 to house the winery and preserve its architectural integrity.
