Member News

We are delighted to send our two most limited release wines in the November shipment:

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, Seven Hills Vineyard

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, Klipsun Vineyard

2005 was one of our proudest vintages.  These two vineyard designate Cabernet Sauvignons are spectacular expressions of the terroir of the Walla Walla Valley and Red Mountain.

The Seven Hills Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is showing a beautiful array of red fruits, moderate acidity, and a lengthy, warm finish.  This should continue to integrate and cellar beautifully for the next decade.

The Klipsun Vineyard offering expresses complexities ranging from vanilla and baking spices to an edge of dried cranberry.  This vintage from one of world's twenty-five best vineyards should grow in expression and depth for the next three to ten years.

As always we hope you will plan to visit Seven Hills should your travels take you to Walla Walla. Please let us know if your visit falls outside tasting room hours so we can arrange an appointment.
